another fantastic weekend with hex. How can things keep getting better? they do.

last day of printing for a month. Decided to keep working on my print, rather then rush it. So far so good - but colors didn't work out at all like I expected. back to brown. boo.

Oh well, there will be time to go back to it in june. Next weeknd - the beach!

ROUGH couple of days, mostly stemming from last night. Secrets revealed, and secrets discovered. All this information I have no idea what to do with. Some really stupid, and some not so stupid. What is my role? Do I let it slowly dissolve into the past, or confront it? I want so badly to confront it, but know that letting it go is best.

Here I sit, in my softly-lit apartment. Radio playing in other room. Air conditioning on low. Waiting for company. Trying to process the secret. I feel obsessed. Hopefully, I can just move on.

made a lot of progress on new print saturday. Only two more weekends left to work in the studio until class ends. Missing last class because of Florida, so I need to make the most of my time. Happy so far. Using blues and greens. ha-tried to slip brown into the mix, but stopped myself at the last minute. Not sure how it will end up, but like the progress so far. and like printing in sequence. First 10 come out well, then everything gets mushy. Hope to save the proof for myself. pressure to add the run to the class suite. We'll see.

Great to see Megan again. Have so much fun with her. Plans to join the Saturday class. A little worried about giving up my summer saturdays, but why not? Its been fun. And need to get some inventory together for branddave. Cord and I have been major slackers. She is busy with freelance projects, and I am busy with hex. So we will see. At some point, I want/need to pull it together. But I think the main problem is coming up with art Im happy and proud of.

Wonderful weekend with hex. Things just get better and better. Life is great.

feeling grumpy - for no good reason. MAybe because I have been terribly undisciplined lately. The little things. Right now Im just pissed at myself because I didnt go to the gym this morning, and its too late now to go. Ok- its too late. It's too late.

Had a terrific weekend with hex. So incredibly happy with him!

Mid Atlantic Print show opening was last week. Took Erin and Kim, and I was sooooo happy they were there. Felt very self conscious about my poor framing. "If it wasn't framed against the glass, it would be a really nice print." Oh well. I'm learning.

Not much to report-or not very chatty. Hopefully I can write more regularly, and get more into the groove.
