a good few days - now back to work. working on my office a bit. big plans for red tree, and the show. snowmen. golden girls. hank's cabin. new gym. crispy leaves. and more water/less coffee.

still not feeling 100%. Maybe need to go to the doctor.

Happy to know that Lucy is well, and things are pretty stable. A few days of unstability are enough.
