dear dave,

busy couple of days.  Happy to have today to slow down (and turn my attention to printing)

Mutt & Joe turned out great.  Brought 10-11 prints, and could have really used more.  Everything worked out well though.  Hexy and I were in synch, and Andy was fun to work with.  Fingers crossed that pieces start selling

Friday was spent working on XXX and then preparing for festival saturday.  Pushed all day to get all the shirts made, cards packed, and things prepared.  It was a super intense day.

Saturday was the H st. festival.  After a bummer evening (can't really talk about it), Hex and I went into the day feeling down.  Got there early, and had to wait (hours) for tables.  Got into a fight with Michelle over her moving spaces.

The day went well.  Tons and tons of people, with spurts of sales and interest.  We had a good space, but a lot of competition for attention.  There were 10,000 things going on around us, and bright sun.  Luckily the weather was stellar though.  next year I would make a much bigger display to draw people in.

Loud music, long hours, rough night before, thousands of people.  It was a lot!  At 7 we packed up quickly and hopped in the car.  Both of us were anxious to peel out, away from the crazy scene we had been in all day.

Always fun to count the $ at night.  Actually did better then I had realized.

Sunday was restful.  Slept in, farmers market, studio (sunflower discovery).  Remi in Great Falls, then helped Hexy work.  Pho with Rhodsa for dinner.

Today is a new day, week.  Anxious to move along.
